Tim Scholze
Who am I?
Originally coming from environmental education and management since (1991) I turned to ICT training from 1995 and to education in social institutions and hospitals from 1998 onwards.
Since the late 90s I have been European project manager and developed various projects in the framework of LdV, SOCRATES, LIFE Environment and eLearning.
In 2005 we founded the blended learning institutions’ cooperative “blinc”. The cooperative is consisting of 25 institutions from 12 partner countries (April 2006) and follows a bottom-up approach to valorise the project experiences and outcomes of the partner institutions and o give help and guidance in the field of blended learning.
Since 2006 I’m responsible for a Socrates 6.1 project ACT! for the evaluation of the impact of non-formal learning on active citizenship.
